He died June 6, 2006, his mother believes his death was a result of the abuse he endured during his stay at Tranquility Bay.

In court, after he was arrested on allegations of child abuse - new charges expected to be filed including for throwing a boy to the ground, hitting his face and making his mouth bleed.

After being arrested at Royal Gorge Academy on allegations of restraining a girl for 6 hours and hurting her wrist.

Hinton was arrested here and he is now not allowed to return. He was living in this facility with his wife and four young children. They have been made to move out. He has been orderd to not talk to current or former students.
